Full Moon Kemetic Yoga Ceremony on Far Rockaway Beach

A full moon ritual combining Egyptian Kemetic yoga practice with intention-setting ceremony and live music. Participants move through five phases of the Egyptian energetic body practice, followed by community gathering around a bonfire with alkaline nourishment. 90-120 minutes, all experience levels welcome.
