Anna Hezel launches "The Little Book of Olives," w/ Christine Sahadi Whelan

A book launch celebration for Anna Hezel's *The Little Book of Olives*, a stylish guide to cooking, eating, and drinking for olive lovers. Hezel will be in conversation with Christine Sahadi Whelan, culinary director and fourth-generation co-owner of Sahadi's, the city's longest continually operating specialty food store.

Christine Sahadi Whelan is the author of *Flavors of the Sun: The Sahadi's Guide to Understanding, Buying, and Using Middle Eastern Ingredients*, and brings deep expertise in Middle Eastern food culture to the conversation. The event includes a reception and book signing, with copies available for preorder.

Lofty Pigeon Books is a Brooklyn bookstore on Church Avenue in Park Slope. The event runs 90 minutes and is in-person. Tickets are available through Eventbrite.
