Collab Dinner: The Lebanese Table: Edy's Grocer x Sawa x Lebnani

Three voices of modern Lebanese cuisine converge for one night only: Jad Youssef and Aga Youssef, co-owners of the award-winning Lebnani in Surrey, UK; Edy Massih, founder of Edy's Grocer in Brooklyn; and Samaya Boueri Ziade, owner of Brooklyn's acclaimed Sawa. Together they're celebrating the release of Jad's debut cookbook and the spirit of *sawa*—togetherness—through an extraordinary multi-course dinner rooted in Lebanese culinary heritage.

Expect a cocktail reception with passed hors d'oeuvre, a carefully crafted menu spanning mezze dips, chargrilled chicken wings, roasted green wheat with lamb, dorade filet with caraway rice, and semolina cake with figs, all paired with wine or beverages. A Q&A with the chefs closes the evening. Copies of *Lebnani: A Journey Through Family, Food & the Flavours of Lebanon* will be available for purchase.

Tickets range from $185 (external chef's counter) to $250 (internal chef's counter), with a $32 add-on for the cookbook. Gratuity, taxes, and fees are included.
