Just Middle Eastern Dinner by Carla Aziz (Studio Bumi)

​​Studio Bumi is a food-experience studio creating the conditions for belonging, one table at a time. Carla is a Brooklyn-based designer and cook. For her first dinner, she’s bringing a joyful tribute to the food she grew up with while spending summers with her grandparents in Beirut. The menu is a celebration of the flavors and memories that have stayed with her long after those summers ended. She also firmly believes that tabbouleh should never be made to scale, and she won’t entertain any other opinions!
