Saboon Maazeh Fall Fundraiser

Join us for an afternoon of community empowerment and education, featuring a panel discussion with Dr. Justine Lindemann from Penn State and Joy Youwakim from Saboon Maazeh. The panel will cover challenges to food sovereignty in Lebanon and Palestine as well as address parallels to Turtle Island.

We will also screen a short documentary about the farm's first season and talk about the farm's mission. There will be tote bags and soap available for purchase along with refreshments. Come ready to be engaged in your local food movement!

All proceeds will go towards an apprenticeship program at Saboon Maazeh for the farm's second season.
