A program of short films including Bani Khoshnoudi's "Elegy for the Forgotten, On an Endless War" (Iran/France, 23m, North American Premiere) — an essay film juxtaposing photographic testimonials from the Iran-Iraq War with contemporary Iranian cellphone videos of government crackdowns and bombardments. Also includes Peggy Ahwesh's "The Wayfinders," which uses a 3D flight simulation of vanished spaces including the now-defunct Jerusalem International Airport to explore loss and displacement in Lebanon, Syria, and occupied Palestine.
