The Razor's Edge (1985, 109 min, 4K restoration) is Saab's fiction feature debut, shot during the Lebanese Civil War and set during the 1982 Siege of Beirut, depicting the friendship between a middle-aged artist and a teenage refugee. Preceded by the short Lebanese, Hostage of Their City (1982, 6 min), in which Saab documents a city scarred by Israeli invasion.
