Qasim Naqvi: Slow Television

For his Roulette Commission, percussionist, composer, and synthesist Qasim Naqvi performs two new works: a solo study for modular synthesizer and a chamber work for piano, string trio, and three improvisers. Naqvi is also the drummer of the cult minimalist trio Dawn of Midi. This Roulette Commission is supported by the New York State Council on the Arts.
