AUB4Beirut Run

The Worldwide Association of American University of Beirut Alumni (WAAAUB) New York Metropolitan Chapter is excited to host an AUB4Beirut Run this October in support of the American University of Beirut Medical (AUBMC) Center Needy Patients Fund.

The fund provides critical financial assistance to patients, as well as urgently needed medications and medical supplies. By coming together, we can help support patients and families in Lebanon who need it most.

Everyone is welcome! You do not need to be an American University of Beirut alum to participate. Bring your family, kids, friends, and anyone who cares about Lebanon and wants to support this cause.

Whether you want to walk one loop around the reservoir or run two, there’s a way for everyone to participate. Come run, walk, cheer us on, or simply join us for the community gathering at LB Coffee afterward!

Sunday, October 4, 2026 Meeting Location: Engineers’ Gate, Central Park (2 East 90th Street, New York, NY 10128) Meeting Time: 10:00 AM

5-kilometer run (2 Loops) / 2-kilometer walk (1 Loop) Start Time: 11:00 AM Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis Reservoir

☕ Post-Run Gathering at LB Coffee

After the run, we’ll walk together to LB Coffee to gather and connect over coffee and complimentary treats for participants.
