Sitti's House Turns Two: Anniversary Open House

Sitti's House, a Brooklyn-based organization dedicated to preserving Palestinian recipes, stories, and traditions, is throwing a two-year anniversary celebration. Expect an afternoon built around Palestinian food and culture—the kind of gathering that's part party, part homecoming, part love letter to the community that's shown up.

You'll find fresh knafeh (the crispy-sweet pastry that deserves its own religion), tea from Ahmed Tea, activities, giveaways, and special experiences from partner organizations. Three ticket tiers let you choose your level of participation: free community RSVPs, a $35 knafeh experience, or a $50 supporter tier that includes a takeaway. Can't make it to Brooklyn? There's a donation option too, with a chance to win knafeh pans in the giveaway.

Bat Haus in Brooklyn is the venue—a space that will be packed with people who've taken Sitti's House classes, attended their sold-out events, or simply believe in tables filled with storytelling and food. Advance RSVP is encouraged so they can plan the spread properly.
