Theodora is a singer, songwriter, and filmmaker. Her music is lush, orchestral, and vocally-driven, shaped as much by her Anatolian Greek heritage and the Eastern Mediterranean musical canon as by her love of Western disco and classic pop. Drawing from legends like Barbra Streisand and The Bee Gees to Fairuz and Majida El Roumi, her songs feel classic yet refreshingly personal. Her debut album explores themes of collective collapse, personal longing, and social unrest unfolding against a backdrop of shimmering disco. Disco Dreams is a two set evening at Barzakh, featuring originals from the upcoming album alongside reimagined classics. Come and dance along to this music made for both body and soul.
