ABOUT NAIMA: Ghassan moved to the US a year ago from Palestine and had difficulty finding a restaurant that focused on the comfort food of his country.

After being introduced to Blaze (a Palestinian-American) through a mutual friend, they discussed the idea of bringing this style of restaurant to NYC.

They've since partnered up and created Naima to bring this vision to life through dinner parties, pop-ups and eventually a brick and mortar.
