Arabic Erotic Literature Course

A four-week course exploring erotic literature and art from the SWANA region, featuring works by Ghada Samman, Salwa Neimi, Joumana Haddad, Forugh Farrokhzad, Nizar Qabbani, and visual artists including Yumna al-Arashi and Rotana Tarabzouni. The course combines literary study with cultural and religious history, using a somatic approach that pairs reading with meditation and breath work. Participants will examine sensuality and desire through the confessional works of Arab writers and artists.
