Noor Theatre Highlight Reading Series: Borna Barzin's "Like This"

Noor Theatre presents a work-in-progress showing of Borna Barzin's play "Like This" as part of the 11th installment of their Highlight Reading Series, which showcases work by artists of MENA/SWANA (Middle Eastern/Southwest Asian/North African) descent. Borna Barzin is a Brooklyn-based playwright and director whose work explores immigrant and queer experiences. The play is inspired by ancient Persian poet Rumi and follows an Iranian-American man whose romantic getaway is disrupted by his eccentric family.
