NY Andalus Ensemble - Spring 2026 "Ya'alat Ḥen" (Graceful Beloved)

An evening of musical renewal featuring the New York Andalus Ensemble performing songs in Arabic, Hebrew, and Spanish from medieval al-Andalus and North Africa. Ensemble members hail from Algeria, Syria, Israel, Morocco, and the United States, presenting spiritual texts and songs of love reflecting the multicultural tradition of medieval Iberia where Christians, Jews, and Muslims coexisted.
