A vérité documentary following three American physicians—Palestinian, Jewish and Zoroastrian—bound by their oath to save lives. The film follows Dr. Thaer Ahmad, Dr. Mark Perlmutter, and Dr. Feroze Sidhwa from a Gazan hospital under siege to the halls of Congress as they fight to keep their promise to Palestinian colleagues and patients.
