Atash, Aisha, Teyh: Three Films by Parine Jaddo (Anthology Film Archives)

Three early 16mm films by Iraqi-Lebanese filmmaker Parine Jaddo: Atash (Thirst, 1995), Aisha (Surviving, 1999), and Tayh (Astray, 2002), followed by Q&A. Jaddo's experimental works explore cultural dissonance, estrangement, desire and her migratory existence as an Iraqi immigrant in the West.
