Supper Club with Pierce Abernathy

Pioneer Works Supper Club is back with cook and content creator Pierce Abernathy for a seafood-focused dinner. Abernathy has built a devoted following by sharing his perspective on food — from developing recipes in his own kitchen to highlighting favorite neighborhood restaurants and everyday dining experiences.

Abernathy is largely self-taught, and his path in the kitchen has been shaped by curiosity, a reverence for the rhythms of the seasons, and his Armenian heritage. Through his recipes and writing, he encourages readers to play an active role in their food systems, inviting them to think more critically about their connection to the environment, their communities, and themselves. His first cookbook, Every Leaf, Every Stem, releases August 18, 2026. Originally from Louisville, he's since established himself in New York's culinary and fashion scenes, even appearing on the Gucci runway.

Supper Club tickets are available to Pioneer Works Members at the $250 level and above. You can either email members@pioneerworks.org or purchase a membership and ticket bundle via Eventbrite. Pioneer Works Members will receive an access code to purchase tickets via email. All ages welcome. Doors at 6 PM.
